ERP System Upgrade and MES Implementation

We are making major strides in optimizing our operations with the upgrade of our ERP system and the enhanced implementation of MES, both aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and resource management.

The upgraded ERP system was officially launched in December 2024, marking a significant step forward in operational excellence. This enhancement provides improved inventory visibility, streamlines processes, and supports smarter decision-making. To ensure a seamless integration, the Malaysia factory will adopt the same ERP system before transitioning to the new facility.

The MES system has already improved traceability by introducing QR code-based identification, ensuring better control over product quality. Moving forward, we are expanding MES capabilities to cover material control and handling, further optimizing resources and minimizing waste.

These initiatives are a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement, empowering us to operate with greater precision and sustainability.
