In Malaysia, building of the factory helps us achieve more diversified market development, in the face of increasingly fierce global competition. After AMC acquired the Malaysian company Cincaria in 2020, forming the joint venture AMC Cincaria, the company has been focusing on growth and expanding its market share.
With the continued expansion of our business in 2024, AMC Cincaria made the strategic decision to expand its factory to better serve rising demand.
Relocating from Bayan to Perai, the expanded facility will offer significantly increased operational space, enabling a substantial increase in production capacity. With advanced automation equipment, this upgrade will not only double output but also enhance efficiency, ensuring we are well-equipped to meet the growing demands of both regional and global markets.
The new factory is expected to begin operations in Q2 2025, supporting our long- term growth and its commitment to providing high-quality products and services to customers around the world.
